M.Ed., NCC, LPC (temp)Meet Anna
Anna grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Denison University. During her time there, she conducted research on the psychological and physiological benefits of mindfulness, which subsequently elicited a passion to help others discover and connect with their authentic selves.
Anna strives to create a safe therapeutic environment where healing and self-discovery converge. Her mission is to walk alongside her clients, helping them to navigate life’s challenges with compassion and resilience, and to work towards a life of purpose, fulfillment, and balance. Anna graduated from Vanderbilt University with a dual M.Ed. in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is now working toward licensure in the state of Tennessee.
