MS, RDN, LDNMeet Laurel
Growing up in the Scenic City of Chattanooga, TN, Laurel developed a deep appreciation for the connection between food and well-being. She completed her undergraduate studies in 2018 at Sewanee: The University of the South, majoring in French and French Studies. She later obtained her Master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science, and completed her Dietetic Internship at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN in 2023. Laurel is also a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200). Currently, she is working towards becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist.

Entering into the therapeutic process allows a person to examine often dark or traumatic origins of maladaptive coping strategies and develop new patterns that will connect one to light and better quality of life.
Meal Support Services
Ashton will work in conjunction with the client’s dietitian to ensure meal plan compliance and discontinue problematic food behaviors and rituals.
Train with Mary
Working directly with Mary while also completing master’s level coursework in counseling, candidates will build the clinical skills necessary to work with a variety of clients.
Individual Therapy
